TaskFolio is a free tool that helps you understand which tasks in your job AI may automate. We collect minimal data and do not sell or share your information.
Data We Collect
- Anonymous Analytics: We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how people use TaskFolio. This data is anonymous and does not use cookies.
- No Personal Information: We do not collect names, email addresses, or any personally identifiable information.
- No Cookies: TaskFolio does not use tracking cookies.

Data Sources
Task data comes from:
- Anthropic Economic Index (CC-BY license) — Task automation data from 1M real AI conversations
- O*NET — US occupational task database
- Jobs and Skills Australia — Australian occupation taxonomy (ANZSCO)
- Claude Sonnet 4.5 — AI-generated task descriptions for occupations not in O*NET

Since we don't collect personal information, there's no data to access, delete, or modify.
